Applications are invited from suitable candidates for
appointment against the following vacant posts in KTH / KMC who possess
qualification / experience as mentioned against each from the candidates having
domicile of KPK / FATA.
1. Assistant Professor Medicine (KTH/KMC) for BPs 18
qualification is
(a). MBBS or equivalent
medical qualification recognized by the council and (b). FCPS / MS / MD in the respective
subject in equivalent qualification in the specialty recognized by the council.
Experience:
Three years’ experience in the respective subjects in the
following order of preferences.
(i)Teaching experience. (ii). Practical experience after
(iii). Practical experience before post-graduation.
2. Assistant Professor Orthopedic (KTH/KMC) for BPs 18
qualification is
(a). MBBS or equivalent
medical qualification recognized by the council and (b). FCPS / MS / MD in the respective
subject in equivalent qualification in the specialty recognized by the council.
Experience:
Three years’ experience in the respective subjects in the
following order of preferences.
(i)Teaching experience. (ii). Practical experience after
(iii). Practical experience before post-graduation.
3. Assistant Professor Anatomy (KMC) for BPs 18
qualification is
MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by the
council DSc, PhD, MS ,M.Phil. (Pak) in
the respective basic subject or FCPS/MD/MS in the clinical subject or
equivalent qualification recognized or registered by the council; or (c)-
Postgraduate Minor Diploma in the respective subject recognized/registered by the council. Provided that preference shall
be given to original research work published in a standard Medical Journal.
REMARKS
(a). FCPS. MD at MS in related clinical subjects shall have last
preference for appointment in the basic subjects.
(b). Minor Diploma holders shall be considered only when persons
with the higher qualification are not available.
Experience:
Teaching experience in the case of the qualification at above
shall be preferred, while three years teaching experience as Demonstrator /Lecturer.
in the case at the qualification at above. before or after post-graduation shall
be essential. By transfer from amongst
Medical Officers in BPS l 7 for a
period of 03 years in only one specialty in the entire service. Preference shall
be given to candidates having at least two years’ service in periphery.
Terms & Conditions:
i. Application accompanied with complete bio data and
attested photocopies of academic I experience documents must reach the office
of the undersigned within l5 days of the publication of this advertisement.
ii. Their services will be governed under the KPK Medical
& Health Institutions and Regulation of Health Care Services Ordinance.
2002 amended in 2006.
iii. Interview calls will be issued to short listed
candidates only.
iv. Online payment of Rs. 500/- in the Bank of Khyber. KTH
branch code (0l2l) Title of Account: KTH Fund Account # 05761-00-O or with
Almoner. KTH.
v. Applications must reach this office on or before the last
date during office hours. Incomplete applications will be straight away
rejected.
vi. The applicants will be entitled for receipt of acknowledgement
of their forms.
vii. If the closing date Fixed for the receipt of
application form falls on an official holiday. The next working day shall he
considered as the closing date.
viii. An application after the closing time and date shall
stand rejected
ix. The Selection Committee shall be competent to reject
applications which are incomplete. However the aggrieved candidates can appeal
to the Management Council for review. The decision of the Management Council
thereof shall be final.
x. Duly attested photocopies of all the ‘documents will be
acceptable on the condition that the candidate would bring the original as and
when they are called for interview.
xi. Date of birth shall ordinarily be the date of birth
endorsed on the matriculation 1 equivalent certificate. When an application
received from a candidate who claims age concessions under various categories
allowed by the government from time to time, he/she will be allowed under the
rules.
xii. Any candidate may be disqualified and I or excluded
from interview if he ;' she was Convicted by court of law. Dismissed from
public service. Knowingly furnishes any false information, Suppresses any
information which may lead to his/her disqualification. Attempts to obtain
support for his/her candidature by improper means, Submits forged certificates,
Tempers with the entries in his/her age and academic certificates. Misbehaves in
the interview.
xiii. The selected doctors will only work in the specialty
where they are selected and shall not be transferred to any other ward.
xiv. The candidates already in government service should
apply through proper channel. Otherwise their applications will not be
entertained.
